Our mission is to safeguard community journalism, amplify the voices of Nepali immigrants in NYC, and foster understanding, solidarity, and empowerment. Donation details: Here are some things you should know about donating:
- You can donate one time, monthly, or yearly. The choice is yours. (A monthly or yearly donation is not binding. You can cancel a recurring donation at any time.)
- Any new recurring monthly donation we receive will be matched at the 12-month value. (If you commit to donate $20/month, NepYork will receive $360 from NewsMatch.)
- NewsMatch will match up to $1,000 in donations made by a single donor.
- All donations are tax deductible.

NewsMatch also offers an option to match your gift up to 12 times. For example, if you donate $80, NewsMatch will add $960 (12 times) and provide a total of $1040 to us. However, for that, you must choose the monthly donation option. Please note: After choosing the monthly donation option, the same amount will be deducted from your account every month.
