The Federation of International Nepali Youth Entrepreneurs (FINYE) North America Entrepreneur Summit and Annual General Meeting (AGM), held in Dallas, Texas, brought together nearly 200 Nepali entrepreneurs for networking and discussion. According to the organizers, the event was dedicated to empowering Nepali entrepreneurs globally by facilitating mentorship, networking, and business opportunities. The summit began with a symbolic water-pouring ceremony on a sapling, performed by eight-year-old Aanya Shrestha.
The gathering featured a range of speakers, including Mr. Amit Agrawal, founder of Khalti; Bishnu Shrestha; and Pralad Giri, a director at Nepal Central Bank. Attendees also heard from international speaker Rayan Manley, Prakash Thapa, founder and vice president of FINYE IEC, and Prabudhha Dahal. A panel discussion, moderated by Sajan Gautam, included speakers Satish Gaire, Sunil Sah, Suman Thapa, Anu Tamang, and Pralad Giri, who contributed their perspectives on entrepreneurship and economic growth.

The AGM concluded with the election of a new leadership team for the FINYE US chapter for the 2025-2027 term. The new leadership includes Mr. Sabindra Thapa as president; Narayan Pakurel as senior vice president; Raj Prakash Bhandari and Ram Hari Thapa as vice presidents; Anu Tamang as general secretary; Sonysha Thapa as secretary; and Sradha Thakuri as treasurer.
The elected executive members are Anita Gurung, Dipak Kharel, Chani Lama, Chakra Pani Adhikari, Navraj Acharya, Rabin Karki (Rayan), Sunil Gautam, and Reshma Tamrakar. Om Acharya was elected as the media coordinator and spokesperson.

The Federation of International Nepali Youth Entrepreneurs (FINYE) is a global non-profit network with over 100 members across the United States, United Kingdom, Japan, Australia, the Middle East, and Hong Kong.
